Full Job Title: Select Hotels Group - Project Expeditor - Design and ConstructionJob Description: Select Hotels Group, an Affiliate of Global Hyatt, seeks a Project Expeditor/Coordinator to support the Design and Construction team located in its regional office in Atlanta, GA.
This person will be responsible for the tracking of FF&E orders and following up on receipt of goods and damaged goods for re-order. Responsibilities also include expediting for multiple properties simultaneously, exercising problem resolution, providing support for regional Project Managers and coordinating with peers to maintain correct, consistent figures for reports/tracking.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a design and construction environment and be familiar with terms such as purchase orders, pay applications, and FF&E.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: - 2+ years design and construction experience strongly preferred. College degree preferred. Intermediate Word, Excel, PowerPoint, is required. Lotus Notes is preferred. Must have excellent written and verbal skills. Strong organizational, project management and detail orientation skills, with the ability to multi-task in order to meet a variety of deadlines. Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
