We had nearly a billion dollars in sales in 2005 from the eight states we operate in and we delivered just short of 5,000 homes. We are growing rapidly and need bright, talented and agressive people to join us on the journey. For the last 50 years this family operated company has focused on growth and to do this they promote almost exclusively from within.

In Chicago it is not unusual for a New Home Sales Representative to earn over $100,000 in their first year. To help you do this we provide:

What do you need to qualify?

1. A provable track record of CLOSING the sale (full commission background a big plus)

2. We prefer a 4 year degree or some college level education

3. You must work Saturday's and Sunday's with your two days off during the week (People buy homes on the weekend!)

Specifics:

You must be capable of studying competition, working with brokers, seeking referrals, conducting phone follow-up and managing a model home complex and surrounding homesites. You must be a good listener and be capable of asking great questions to identify real needs. Can you build rapport quickly? Can you build trust and instill confidence in others? Can you properly qualify without offending? Are you organized and good with paperwork? If you can answer yes to all and are not currently making $100,000+ you are squandering your talent and stalling your inevitalble success.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Previous selling experience or track record of great achievement a must. Did you play sports? Did you ever have the lead role in the school play?

2. 2-4 years of college a must.

3. We work Saturday's and Sunday's with our 2 days off during the week. People buy homes on the weekends.

4. We offer training salary, future advance and draw. Full commission or entreprenuerial background a big help.
