We are currently looking for an experienced direct sales representative to join our growing team. Our new sales rep will be responsible for lead generation, lead management and selling company products and our services and will be creative, self-starting and have very high relationship development skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Executes telephone and mail marketing to establish and qualify prospective clients.

Calls prospective clients to establish initial relationships and complete useful needs assessment. Answers more complex questions after mailing marketing/sales literature.Handles more complex inquiries generated by local and/or national advertising and business partner referral based relationships.

Qualifies prospects and specific service needs and appropriately refers leads within the partner company network. Responsible for following up on inside referrals to ensure fulfillment.

Establishes, maintains, and expands client lists.

Provide support in implementing sales processes and procedures as related to the design/build program.

Assist the organization with the development of marketing materials with the assistance of key staff as required.

Maintains current knowledge of industry, competition, and companies products. Regularly updates management on visible trends.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree

3 - 6 years experience with direct sales of complex business processesDirect sales for Financial Institution Facilities Planning, Brand Identity Development, Architecture and Design or Construction experience preferred

Above average communication skills, both written and verbal

A self-motivated working style

Experience with MS Office & Sales/Lead Management software

Must possess a valid Driver's License and a good driving history.</font>
