Sales Manager for Commercial & Multi-Family Flooring Company

The Philadelphia area’s leading commercial and multi-family flooring sales and installation company has an opportunity for a Sales Manager. This position is a hands-on, key role for an experienced professional with industry knowledge and integrity. The position requires both selling your own accounts and managing other experienced sales people.

Primary Job Responsibilities include:
Selling flooring to apartment building owners & property managers.
Being familiar with flooring products, measuring, preparing layouts and creating proposals.
Sourcing new customers, tracking prospects, preparing proposals and following up with prospects.
Exceeding customer expectations with attentive service.
Managing, motivating and training sales people, overseeing their accounts and helping them improve their selling abilities.
Conducting daily sales calls in the field.
Working closely with the Operations Manager, suppliers, installers and other company personnel to optimize job profitability.Preparing and meeting sales budgets.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years experience in either the flooring or multi-family industries.
