Sales/NY-Northeast US Building/Construction Materials, Equipment & Supplies:
European manufacturer of construction and building materials, equipment and supplies seeks a seasoned sales representative for their U.S distribution office located in New York. They seek a sales and marketing professional who has 10+ years experience selling to the commercial and hi-rise residential building/facilities industry. Ideally, they seek an individual, who has had hands-on experience in building/construction or project management role at some earlier time in their career. Ideally, this person will have the ability to consult with engineers and facilities professionals to determine their needs and coordinate the installation of the product.Job Requirements
This individual should have successful track record demonstrating the ability to sell large-ticket items (cost $1 million + per unit) to the building industry. They seek an individual who has the desire and ability to grow with this position. The territory for this position is expected to grow to cover all of the major cities located in the Northeast region of the U.S.
Salary range for this position 75-100K plus bonus

Required:
10+ years sales experience to Building/Construction/Facilities industry.
Knowledge of construction and Building materials, equipment and supplies.
