Our Project Manager's are skilled professionals in the HVAC industry and are required to have the following abilities:
Schedule job turnover meeting, present estimate to Project Coordinator for job number, present project to field person, review contract, attend job meetings, schedule detailing, prepare scope of work statement, prepare project schedule, award purchase order to material suppliers/subcontractors, prepare "buy-out" estimate, schedule delivery dates for materials/equipment, review submittals, schedule subcontractors and monitor progress, bid all changes to contract, analyze project and prepare monthly AIA billings and analyze and review labor hours estimate.
REQUIREMENTS
Seeking experienced HVAC project manager that is familiar with design/build, high-rise projects.
