SR PROJECT MANAGER ARCHITECT

Purpose: AEROTEK has an immediate job opening for a SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT MANAGER located in Pittsburgh, PA. This position is a full-time job opportunity working for a major international architectural firm.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Registered Architect
- 15+ years experience, with recent positions being leadership positions within complex program, multi-building project teams of 15 or larger, on commercial construction projects with budgets of $80 million +
- Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills, including presentation to client, governmental, and community groups
- Deliver challenging, design-driven projects on schedule and on budget
- Successfully manage multiple project teams as well as relationships with key clients
- Champion of firm's commitment to design and technical proficiency to Project Architects and other staff
- Comfortable with all tools of a technically advance office
- LEED credentials a plus
- Believes a successful project is one that exceeds the expectations of the client, is a financial success for all involved, is recognized by peers for raising the bar on design quality, and furthers the career growth and abilities of all team members

Compensation:
70-80K Year
