Partners In Housing Development Corporation is seeking qualified candidates for a new property site manager position. Partners is located in Indianapolis and owns, managers, or develops permanent supportive housing for persons with very low incomes who have special needs. This position would work within a team of property management and supportive services staff to assure safe, affordable properties for our residents.The site manager is responsible for the overall condition of the property including both physical and financial well being. Responsibilities also include coordination of maintenance and repair, maintaining required tenant files, overseeing rent collection, representing property management at resident council activities. overseeing property inspections, recommending residents for termination for just cause, and assuring compliance with granting agency standards.Requirements: Experience in property management preferred. Minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma or GED. Strong verbal, written and organizational skills essential.
