STEEL FABRICATOR seeks
SHOP SUPERINTENDENT


Brown-Minneapolis Tank (BMT), with gross sales in excess of $40 million and offices in Texas, Washington and New Mexico, has an immediate opening for our ALBUQUERQUE NEW MEXICO facility.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Day-to-day operations of shop including production flow, scheduling of work, QA/QC,
Budgets and cost control,
Hiring and training of workers,
Reports directly to the Plant Manager.


QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of a high school education.
Minimum 10 years experience in heavy plate and heavy structural steel fabrication.
Minimum 3 years in a supervisory position.
Working knowledge of API, AWWA, ASME and welding codes.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of Spanish and/or computers is a plus.
