We are currently seeking a Services Coordinator to join our Accounts Management Group located in Minneapolis, MN.

SERVICES COORDINATOR - Minneapolis, MN

Responsibilities:
Manage customers' space
Deliver customer needs and requirements related to daily operations, construction, and space planning for all customers in the GBS managed Corporate Buildings
Support of non-Corporate Building
Negotiate wants vs. needs
Facilitate successful solutions in a wide range of areas, i.e., identifying space alternatives, negotiating space, and maintaining standards while meeting customer needs
Serve as the first point of contact for all facilities related requests within the building
Direct customers to the right tools and / or resources as necessary
Work collaboratively with SC site team and Site Leader to identify value-add opportunities / plans and with the Toronto team to drive process improvements
