THE CHALLENGE:

Can you manage 10-20 Projects at any given time?
Do you have great customer relationship skills?
Have you been working on projects $5k to $500k?
Can you transition and work simultaneously on a variety of projects?
Projects include: water loss, fire and smoke loss, & other catastrophic losses


THE PERFECT CANDIDATE:

Has worn multiple hats from acting superintendent to project manager
Enjoys working on a variety of projects including commercial and residential
Enjoys helping people put their lives back together
Aspires and wants the opportunity to eventually open and run their own office!
Someone who has owned their own business, worked in the commercial/ residential renovation and new construction industries
Incredibly well organized and pays close attention to detail
An individual who enjoys autonomy to get the job done right!

OUR CLIENT:

They have been in existence since the late 1970’s with 4 locations throughout East and Central Pennsylvania generating revenues exceeding $12 million annually. In the next 5 years they plan to triple the revenue by adding TOP-Notch talent to their team! The company has barely begun to scratch the service and expansion is unlimited! 60% of their work is within the commercial market, while 40% of the work completed is within the Residential market.


They provide a wide range of services assisting their clients to restore their house or commercial property due to water loss, fire and smoke loss, general reconstruction, and other catastrophic losses caused by tornados, hurricanes, floods, hail, high winds, and even cars tossed into buildings. Whatever mother-nature can throw at us, our client is there to fix it!
