We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Project and Development Services Group located in Tampa, FL. Our Project and Development Services group provides a range of occupancy-related design, construction and relocation services for corporations, institutions and professional services firms.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - Tampa, FL

Responsibilities:
Project management and owner's representative responsibilities
Oversee project implementation through completion of construction
Manage ground-up projects including programming, design, entitlements, bidding, permitting and construction management
Perform building audits
Provide technical support; project budgeting and scheduling
Interface with architects, client staff, property managers and vendors
Maintain client relationship and conflict resolution
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or construction management
Minimum of 5 years experience working on commercial projects
Experience manage several medium and large ground-up development projects, major re-development projects, and corporate interiors projects
Experience working with Landlords and developers
Demonstrated a high level of performance in project budgeting, contract negotiations and scheduling
Considerable experience in hotel, luxury residential, high-rise ground-up construction preferred
Excellent communication skills
Computer proficiency
