We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Project and Development Services Group located in Portland, OR. Our Project and Development Services group provides a range of occupancy-related design, construction and relocation services for corporations, institutions and professional services firms.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - Portland, OR

Responsibilities:
Manage design, construction and development activities for significant hospital projects
Coordinate activities between the Owner, Jones Lang LaSalle, architect, general contractor, and others
Provide detailed project cost reporting, scheduling, vendor coordination, and management of construction services
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 8+ years of project management experience in healthcare and/or laboratory projects
Experience with an architecture, construction or development firm would be ideal.
Solid understanding of design and building construction processes
Detail oriented
Excellent communication skills
Computer proficiency with Excel, Word and MS Project or other scheduling software
