Manages, plans and directs all activities related to project management teams. Oversees project managers to ensure all project goals are accomplished according to specifications and business objectives- on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a wide variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and movements as well as physical dexterity and mobility.
REQUIREMENTS
Project Experience:
Hi Rise, Class A office, Schools, Public Works, Multi Story Shell Building Construction with Site work, Concrete, Tilt Up and/or Structural Steel Frame Construction.Software Experience:Should be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Timberline, Expedition and other software programs as applicable.
