Residential Warranty Inspector

Sub-Contractor needed to perform residential entry door and window warranty inspections and repairs. Most common repairs include: slab replacements, insert replacements, door panel repairs, window repairs, weather stripping replacement, some total installs.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be 18 years of ageAble to pass background checkDo not have any felony convictions in the past 7 yearsMust have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation as you will be required to pick up parts from retailers and/or distributorsLegally authorized to work in the United StatesMust be able to travelMust have working knowledge of residential door and window
installations and repairsMust have contractors liability insuranceMust be able to complete a W9Must be computer literateComplete daily activities communicated on a PDA (company to furnish)
