Regional Lead Estimator - CCI

This position is for the Environmental Group for our Construction division. Under limited supervision, oversees and/or is involved with the preparation of estimates and bids for projects associated with a particular region and one or more business groups in that region. Must be able to estimate large, complex jobs up to $500 million.KEY DUTIES:
Responsible for organizing, executing, coordinating and/or preparation of project cost, equipment, manpower and work completion estimates on multiple projects with corporate guidelines, procedures, practices in appropriate WBS and in conformance with client requirements within the assigned region. Assists with determining what types of projects to bid and either supervises the preparation or prepares the final bid package to be submitted. Reviews all final estimate packages within the region to insure accuracy and completeness. If a small region, may compile and analyze pre-bid documentation to determine wage and operating costs. If a small region, may compiles material and equipment lists from plans and specifications. As region grows, will be responsible for establishing, training, developing and supervising a core group of more junior estimators.Other duties as assigned.




job Requirements


Basic Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or Engineering or additional years experience.
15 or more years estimating experience; must be fully competent in all aspects of the job. Must be proficient on Timberline, P3, and/or other estimating software.
Must have previous supervisory experience. Must be able to travel.Preferred Qualifications :
Requires a bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
Requires a minimum of 15 years estimating experience; fully competent in all aspects of the job.
Should be proficient on Timberline, P3, and/or other estimating software.
