Regional Director of Real Estate

Coordinate Real Estate strategy with Store Operations for all existing locations. Identify opportunities for placement of new store locations in existing and new markets.Find and secure new store locations, existing store relocation?s, and expansions that will support profitable CVS stores by utilizing contacts with developers, brokers, principals, other real estate representatives. Work with market research group using demographic data, local municipal information, and trade area maps to identify potential new sites. Manage and communicate all information relating to Real Estate projects. This process is a coordinated effort with internal departments and external partners. The information includes but may not be limited to: developer cost sheets, sales forecast proformas, market research data, competitor information and all presentation materials needed to support the site. Prepare and present deal to CVS Real Estate Committee.Coordinate with Real Estate Deal Manager to ensure completion of appropriate post approval tasks to effectuate a land closing or lease signing, including negotiation with landlord, management of developer and completion of all due diligence items.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years experience in real estate development, including financial aspects, retail experience preferableProven negotiation skills, presentation skills and track recordAbility to manage multiple tasks at a fast paceBachelor degree required; advanced studies preferredMust be computer literate, understand email software, Micro Soft office products and web based applicationsPossess the ability to direct and manage internal and external partners in the development process
