Regional Director of Ops & other recycling mgmt positions!!

OUTSTANDING MANAGEMENT OPPORTUNITIES WITH THIS RAPIDLY EXPANDING $500++ MM COMPANY!! IN ADDITION TO THE REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, ALSO SEEKING REGIONAL PROCUREMENT MANAGER FOR THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST AND DIVISION OPERATIONS MANAGER IN THE SOUTHEASTERN STATES.
The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for the manufacturing/operation of the division within company policies and procedures to achieve strategic plan objectives. These objectives include, but are not limited to management of daily plant operations, maintenance, quality, and suppliers. The incumbent will optimize use of company assets to the best benefit of the company. This position will provide a management development opportunity for future division or Pacific Regional management needs. Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
•Implement Strategic Plan at the division.
•Responsible for fully understanding the division’s “Cost Accounting” and managing company personnel and assets to provide ONP at or below budgeted cost.
•Manages, supervises, and trains employees to collect and transfer ONP at best quality possible while keeping net cost of ONP at or below budget.
•Responsive to needs of the division’s suppliers of recyclables, assuring that the division employees provide prompt and reliable unloading and service.
•Manages collected/delivered OG’s/OR’s; manages the filling of OG’s/OR’s orders and meets quality specifications of customer.
•Manages the manufacturing/operational functions of division in accordance and compliance with all company policies/procedures and governmental regulations.
•Responsible for ONP and O/G inventory management with respect to purchases and sales of material.
•Insures that all division employees are properly trained for job specific responsibilities.
•Assists in completing all reporting functions requested by upper management and accounting departments in a timely and consistent manner.
•Manages plant maintenance and develops preventative maintenance programs to achieve the necessary equipment efficiencies to support production objectives.
•Performs other related duties as needed and required.
REQUIREMENTS
•Four year degree required.
•Minimum of five (5) years of proven recycling management/supervisory success. RECYCLING EXPERIENCE IS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE RECYCLING EXPERIENCE, YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THESE ROLES.
