Recruiter/Account Manager

TradeSTAR is one of the leading companies in Texas, specializing in Staffing Training and Recruiting for low-voltage installation contractors. As a member of the TradeSTAR team, you will be responsible for identifying qualified technicians to assist in the installation of voice/data cabling, fire alarm cabling, audio/visual systems, and electrical wiring. TradeSTAR also provides entry-level training in the areas of voice/data cabling and fire alarm installations. You will also be responsible for interviewing, screening, hiring, and dispatching technicians to various jobsites. In addition, you will maintain relationships with both current clients and potential customers.

TradeSTAR is a fast-growing specialty staffing company with locations in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and soon to be in Austin. REQUIREMENTS
Take in depth and accurate job orders from clients.

Maintain close client relationships to promote good working relationships:
•Make inside sales calls (telemarketing)
•Make outside client visits to maintain rapport as necessary.

Recruit field employees whose skill levels meet the variety of needs of our clients:

•Make direct recruitment calls
•Call current field employees, inactive employees, respond to direct referral calls, walk-ins, yellow page response calls, media advertising calls, etc.
•Network

Process new applicants registering with TradeSTAR.

•Recruit, screen, interview, test, select and orientate new candidates.
•Verify skill levels using questionnaires
•Conduct reference checks
•Conduct background checks and reference checks
•Perform drug screens

Assign qualified candidates to fill open job orders as requested.
•Search, match and present job opportunities to candidates
•Search, match and assign candidates to clients
•Make assignment confirmation calls to candidates and clients
•Follow-up with client and candidate as part of our customer service and service recovery program
-Conduct arrival checks with client
-Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly checks with employees and clients
-Problem seeking and solving as needed.
