This is a unique opportunity to join one of Southern California's most dynamic infill developers and work with leading financial institutions to support JSM's construction activities. It is ideal for candidates with a strong interest in real estate accounting. Responsibilities include:
Prepare monthly construction loan draws.Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.Prepare quarterly financial statements and fulfill other loan reporting requirements.Assist in the creation of construction budgets.
Prepare monthly construction job cost analysis.Prepare necessary accounting entries for General Ledger accounts and process Accounts Payable.Benefits -

REQUIREMENTS
3 to 5 years of related experience.10 key calculatorAccounting/billingAccounting support experience.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word .
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics or related field.
Familiarity and interest in real estate development and construction.
Working knowledge of cash flows, budgets and financial statements.
Experience in construction draw preparation is preferred.
Good interpersonal skills.
