ROOFING FOREMEN , LABORERS, and ROOFERS
Simon Roofing is seeking commercial ROOFING FOREMEN , LABORERS, and ROOFERS in the Charlotte area. Work may require out of state travel due to projects current requirements.

We are looking for experienced roofers that might want to be considered for the various roles: foreman, roofer, laborer.

We would also consider those roofers that would be open to warehouse work which would include the operation of small engines and individuals with a mechanical background.

Qualified candidates must have experience in repair and replacement of roofs which includes the following responsibilities:
Layering vapor barrier, Spreading a tar-like substance, Applying single-ply membranes of water proof rubber, Installing protective metal or membrane flashing strips and being familiar with spreading fiber glass or felt Heavy lifting, climbing, bending, working on scaffolds and ladders required. REQUIREMENTS
We would also like the candidates who apply to have metal working experience. Many of our roofs require metal. Any metal working experience/mechanical metal would be a benefit.
