RETAIL CONSTRUCTION/PROJECT MANAGER

NATIONAL FIRM SEEKS RETAIL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER WITH EXTENSIVE RETAIL BUILD OUT EXPERIENCE IMPROVEMENTS FROM THE CONTRACTOR SIDE.

THIS IS A LONG TERM PERMANENT POSITION WITH A VERY REPUTABLE FIRM.

RETAIL BUILD OUT EXPERIENCE IN IS A MUST. MINIMUM OF 5-10 YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED WITH A PROVEN TRACK RECORD FOR COORDINATING PROJECTS WITH A SPECIFIC EMPHASIS ON CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS.

MUST MAINTAIN A CONSISTANT FLOW OF INFORMATION WITH OWNERS AND SUBCONTRACTORS.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE SUCCESS OF THIS NATIONAL CORPORATION AND WILL HAVE EXCEPTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR CAREER DEVELOPMENT.

RECENT PROJECT LIST AND SALARY HISTORY MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION.
