We are currently seeking a Regional Manager, Project Management to join our Account Management Group located in Los Angeles, CA.

REGIONAL MANAGER, PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Los Angeles, CA

Responsibilities:
Execute action plans and service initiatives for an assigned geographic area
Ensure the execution of the processes
Manage Project Managers and supervise the daily execution of their responsibilities
Provide input and information as required to the Regional Planning Team in the development of portfolio strategies and initiatives
Oversee the contributions and inputs from Project Management related to assessment of existing facility condition, estimated costs, logistics and schedule ramifications
Oversee cost and schedule for projects, schedules, budgets, and the tracking/reporting of project status
Monitor project close-out and invoice process for all projects
Interface with Retail Program Leads to meet various projects' quarterly goals
Ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered to, including conducting performance reviews, and identifying specific individual training and development needs
Ensure clients understanding of corporate initiatives and service levels of projects
Verify accuracy and ensure timely delivery of updates to clients
Execute plan to meet Key Performance Goals, including KPIs and Hoshin
Ensure portfolio benchmarks meet or exceed comparable industry benchmarks
Identify opportunities for cost savings and value add, while managing the accuracy of project budgeting to actual costs
Meet supplier diversity and development goals
Serve as the local point of contact to business partners on project-related matters
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction, Business or equivalent
Minimum of 7 years project management experience, including previous management of a team
Exceptional project management knowledge and oversight
Strong people management skills
Effective problem solving abilities
Demonstrated record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
Proven multi-tasking abilities
Excellent communication skills
Computer proficiency
