We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a great team in Mineola, NY area.

Job Responsibilities:
•Responsible for maintenance and operation of third party portfolio of LI office buildings.
•Experience with corporate procurement and reporting.
•Extensive knowledge of comm. bldg systems including annual service .contracts and ability to provide accurate info re operating expense for budget preparation and conformance.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:
•More than 5 years of experience.
•Computer savvy.
•Working knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electric and general construction.
•Able to implement scheduled maintenance program.
•Will supervise staff of 5.
•Travel up to 25%
