Property Loss Specialist I, Personal Market

Under close supervision, manages, investigates and resolves Property Loss claims of a routine nature and limited exposure. Provides policyholders with quality customer service. May assist Claims Representatives with in-person inspection/policyholder contact where necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
This is a Remote Property Loss Specialist Field Position, primarily handling homeowner claims in and around the Atlanta Metro area. Travel will be required. Strong written and oral communications skills required. Good interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills required. Knowledge of coverages provided within various homeowner policies. College education or equivalent training. Customer service experience and experience in building construction preferred. Licensing is required.
