RESPONSIBILITIES:* Inspect damaged property and determine claims related damage
* Estimate the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged or stolen property
* Identify subrogation rights, report on claim status and negotiate settlements
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:* Four-year college degree* Minimum 1 year work experience in a customer service and/or insurance position (preferred)
* Excellent customer service, communication skills, sound judgment and decision making skills
* Collections experience helpful
* Valid driver's license
* Bondable
* Computer Proficient
* Construction knowledge/experience helpful
* Must pass pre-employment assessments and be able to attend a 3 week off-site training course
* Spanish speaking skills a plus.
