Project Managers / Estimators - Commercial Interior

Performance Contracting Group is a national leader in the specialty contracting industry with revenues exceeding $700 million annually. We currently seek Project Managers and Estimators for our Boston metro area branch.
Project Managers - responsibilities include management of commercial metal stud, drywall & acoustical projects, material procurement, manpower scheduling, review of project specifications, quantity take-offs & estimates, financial budget control, and quality assurance.
Estimators - responsibilities include bidding commercial interior construction contracts. This includes preparing wage and benefit schedules, developing and maintaining relations with local customer base. Qualified candidates will also become proficient in the company's computerized estimating system.
Candidates will be required to work closely with owners, construction managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors and vendors to achieve branch objectives.

Project Managers -Minimum 8 years commercial interior experienceExcellent organizational and relationship building skills
Computer literate with Microsoft office applications
Construction Management degree preferredEstimators -5+ years experience estimating large commercial interior projects
Ability to establish and build customer relationships
Excellent communication skills
