Project Manager, Retail

This midsize company in the hospitality industry is seeking a project manager for their retail construction division. This individual will be responsible for the oversight of design and construction of retail projects. You will ensure budgetary and schedule accuracy, as well as ensuring quality of brand standards are sustained. As leader of the project team, you will be responsible for clear communication of all information to the various parties involved in the project, including contractors, subcontractors, designers and owners. You will need to prepare estimates for sitework and building construction, including market unit costs of various system components. You will also negotiate changes to contract orders and ensure prices charged are fair market value. Salary range is $80-90K. Standard benefits, bonus (15% potential with relocation negotiable. REQUIREMENTS
The most desirable applicants have a four year degree in construction management or related area. You must have a least 5 years experience managing construction projects. Applicants with prior retail or commercial development and construction experience will be given preference. Candidates will need to demonstrate experience managing contractual obligations and assessing pricing for construction materials.
