Company Profile:
Stable, medium size general contractor with a steady expansion into the Atlanta market. This contractor has the opportunity to start building mixed use residential projects in addition to their normal project base of commercial office buildings, corporate campus offices, small hospital additions, retail shopping centers , big boxes such as warehouse/distribution, churches, hotels, and hospitality projects


Position Profile:
Must be a team leader ready to step into a project establish immediate rapport with the owners, and communication links with all other project team members.

Experience Required:
Qualified candidates will have the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- 1+ years building multi-unit construction
- able to estimate and budget apartment type projects.
- experience with project management software like Suretrac, Prolog, Expedition, etc
- limited travel required
- willingness to manage several projects simultaneously

Base salary, bonus plan, vehicle expenses, company benefits.
