Project Manager - Civil Land Development PE

Project Manager-Civil Land Development PEMin Experience: 8 years in Land Development / 2 years as PMEducation: BSCE, Licensed Professional Engineer in Florida or ability to obtain in 6 mos.
Responsibilties: Manage team of engineers and technicians through multiple land development projects for public and private client base. Maintain existing relationships and create new marketing opportunities through community involvement and good business practices. Enhance staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teach improved processes; mentor team members. Determine project costs by calculating labor, material and related costs. Fulfill project requirements by training and guiding operators. Maintain operations by enforcing project and operational policies and procedures. Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipate future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advise management on needed actions.
REQUIREMENTS
Project Manager-Land Development PEMin Experience: 8 years in Land Development / 2 years as PMEducation: BSCE, Licensed Professional Engineer in Florida or ability to obtain in 6 mos.Required Skills: Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology, including applying principles, techniques, procedures and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services. Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models. Experience with various design software, such as AdICPR, AutoCAD and Microstation, is a plus.
