Project Manager - CenCal Division

Successful candidate will be in charge of Central (and some Northern) California project management for national retail General Contractor. Candidate will be responsible for overall management of Project, Superintendent & Field staff for said projects, as well as managing client, professional services (architect, engineer, etc.) and subcontractor relations. Position is immediately available. Wish to have manager hired no later than 09/25/06.We are licensed in most western states from Colorado to Hawaii and provide construction services to many well-known national/international companies including Rite Aid Pharmacy, Blockbuster Video, Starbucks, Cold Stone Creamery, 7-11 Quiznos and others. REQUIREMENTS
1. Possess an enthusiastic willingness and ability to manage projects that may have unusual conditions, time frames and scopes beyond the ordinary
2. Travel as required basically anywhere north of the Grapevine
3. Demonstrate strong, capable leadership qualities
4. Possess significant prior experience in CONSTRUCTION Project Management positions
5. Exhibit exceptional problem solving and conflict management/resolution traits
6. Value honesty, communication and STRONG WORK ETHIC. Skilled at contract administration (can skillfully compose, negotiate, review, amend and enforce contract documents)
8. Firm understanding of responsibility for Project P&L
