Project Manager-COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION

PROJECT MANAGER (MECHANICAL AND PLUMBING) needed for mid-size commercial construction company in Charlotte, North Carolina area.

This is a position for someone interested in utilizing their field experience within the plumbing/HVAC commercial construction field as a project manager in a construction office setting.

AT LEAST 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION FIELD REQUIRED and continuous employment a must. Some knowledge of plumbing, mechanical and fire protection systems in commercial setting desired. Previous project management experience a plus BUT MUST HAVE FIELD EXPERIENCE!

Must possess superior communication skills, computer skills and be able to read and understand complex commercial plans (blueprints) and specifications.
