Project Manager - CCI
+ The Project Manager (PM02) manages small to large size projects for our construction group's environmental services department. The PM02 is the leader/manager of project teams and is supported by technical task leaders as needed. Specific responsibilities include leadership in the application of CH2M HILL's Project Delivery System to achieve the following project delivery strategic objectives: health, safety, environmental responsibility; client expectations for quality, schedule, and budget; financial performance for project specific targets; project team expectations; operational performance and business unit expectations; and quality. Specific duties include planning, staffing, scheduling, budget management, quality control, safety, and coordination of subcontractors and internal technical and support staff. The PM02 is a participant in project decisions regarding technical approaches, cost and scheduling, and performance. Additionally, the PM02 is responsible for the identification of schedule and cost variances and the development and implementation of recommendations for corrective action for negative variances. The PM02 also has a responsibility to help grow the PM resources of the firm through coaching of Associate PMs and task managers.
job Requirements
B.S. or M.S. degree from a U.S. accredited college or university. Serving in the project manager role on engineering projects may require a Professional Engineer's license. Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute or as a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) by the Construction Management Association of America (or approved equivalents) is expected but not required.
Experience a minimum of 6 years applicable experience required. Typical experience ranges from 9-14 years. Must have construction and remediation experience. Travel required
