Project Facilitator

Many of Lutron’s products are designed for use in Commercial Projects. We have an immediate need for a Project Facilitator – Lutron Services Co. This is an excellent opportunity to combine your technical expertise and exceptional customer service skills while working on some of the most prestigious jobs in the world!In this key position will be responsible for interfacing between Lutron’s inside sales team, systems design team and field service team to insure successful completion and commissioning of commercial and residential projects. From the time of order you will work with various types of customers to assemble a project schedule for timely on site commissioning by Lutron’s field service team. Your excellent organizational and customer service skills will be challenged while you manage multiple commercial projects, finding creative solutions to construction challenges and developing processes for future improvements. This is a highly visible position, with exceptional growth potential.Responsibilities:
•Manage new projects from time of order through successful commissioning of Lutron Lighting Control System
•Work with Lutron Reps, specifiers and customers assuring data-base information is complete and accurate
•Work with established customers on projects that require replacement products, upgrades or otherwise have special circumstances
•Continually review and evaluate the Lutron’s Service Company processes, making recommendations for improvements
•Manage Lutron’s scheduling team, assuring schedules for commissioning are timely and meet our customer’s needs
•Interface with Engineering on new product application opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
•Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel•Familiarity with and the ability to read blue prints•Exceptional organizational, communication and customer service skills•Experience in commercial construction, particularly at the contractor level•Prior experience in field service, or a service-scheduling role would be an advantage
•A proven record of success managing multiple priorities, large projects in a dynamic fluid environment
