Currently, they are searching for a Project Coordinator to join their Las Vegas team. This individual will be responsible for facilitating, coordinating, and tracking field services activities. This position has extensive interaction with client, division and field service personnel.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and/or process day-to-day administrative items, such as, expense reports, supply requisitions, staff transaction forms, and budgets as per supervisor's instructions.
Handle all incoming calls and assist all visitors to the area.
Have a clear understanding of the project deployment plan and associated support issues.
Coordinate resources to perform the work required between home office and field office.
Notify appropriate personnel of any discrepancies, escalations, or concerns related to project.
Provide day-to-day support of all on site personnel and home office.
Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Business/Administrative training plus 5 years in related project administrative function.
Accounting related software, Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Power Point.
