Project Assistant for Construction company

Classification: Temporary to Full Time Compensation: $10.00 to $12.00 per hour We are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator for a fast paced construction company in Oklahoma City. Duties will include setting up and maintaining project files, reviewing and approving subcontractor payments, and preparing and tracking payment applications. Candidate must be able to read and interpret plans, specifications and contract documents. The candidate must have excellent organizational skills and have a "can do" attitude. Candidate must possess a sense of urgency and work well under deadlines. Advanced Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word skills are required. Access and Power Point knowledge is a plus.
