Schaper Associates is a leading recruiting firm for A&E and HVAC/Controls experts across the country. One of our clients is a well known, award winning architectural firm that specializes in hospitality, sports and several other markets. They have multiple offices, one of which is in the vicinity of Denver CO. They have recently won several contracts and are looking for a Project Architect that can lead design teams for CD production, and also can work with clients and senior management on conceptual design of new buildings. This is a high profile firm that does work with hotels, resorts and casinos and they would like someone with at least some hospitality experience.



Salary for this position is commensurate with experience, and is generally in the $65k-$80k range. The company offers a generous benefits package and provides generous bonuses for exceptional performance. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate
REQUIREMENTS
This position requires and experienced architect, registration is preferred but not required, with around 6-14 years experience. Specific work will include concept design, detailed design, code research, programming, preparation of CDs, oversight of interns working on CD production, redlining, etc. They prefer someone able to act as the CD design team leader on large hospitality projects, but will consider someone with 6-8 years experience that can manage smaller projects initially who can quickly grow into larger responsibilities.
