REQUIREMENTS
Maintains project team accomplishments by communicating essential information; coordinating actions; reviewing open issues and action items; contributing information to team meetings and reports
Meets legal requirements by following building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and related ordinances, such as access by disabled persons
Completes projects by developing concepts and sketches; preparing construction documents; obtaining approvals; making adjustments
Handles work of diverse scope and complexity; ability to coordinate architectural design with structural/mechanical/electrical designs
Proficiency with AutoCAD
Speaks clearly and effectively in a variety of settings
BA/BS in Architecture is preferred.
Professional Registration is preferred.
