Project Architect

Project Architect- Job order # 102733

Project Architect needed for a well-respected A/E firm in Newport Beach, CA. California registration / NCARB certificate or ability to be registered within 1 year required. Duties include project management from design through construction administration. AutoCad, ADA and Standard Building Code knowledge preferred.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
·Bachelors Degree in Architecture, 7+ years of experience in design, production and AutoCad. Capable of running a project from start to finish under the direction of a Principal.
·Experience in leading and managing a team through construction document and construction administration phase.
·Must be passionate and optimistic for finding design and technical solutions, have the ability to both conceptualize and produce technical details, and lead a project team to produce high quality design.
·Great communication skills with clients, consultants and contractors.
·Able to work in a collaborative environment where each of us owns our job and there is no hierarchy.
