PreConstruction Manager

Duke Realty Corporation (DRE), a 6 billion dollar publicly traded realty investment trust, is the countries leader in property development, construction, management, and leasing of Office, Retail, Industrial, and Health Care facilities.
Duke is currently seeking a dynamic PreConstruction Manager for its Orlando location. The PreConstruction manager shall have overall responsibility for managing multiple individual projects from concept through the bidding, design and subcontract bidding phases of these projects.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates should have a BS degree engineering and/or construction management, and a minimum of 5 years experience in construction with at least 4 years of experience in management/estimating. Also, candidates will need to be able demonstrate experience in the following areas; Preparing proposals and contracts for subcontractors, designers, clients, and consultants. And, manage proposal process, and have excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Knowledge and/or experience in Timberline systems would be beneficial.
