Pre-Construction Manager

Purpose: Our client provides full service from preconstruction to construction, commissioning, service, and maintenance of all mechanical systems. The special projects division focuses on design-build renovation, repair, and minor construction services to our nation?s aging military medical facilities.

Currently seeking a preconstruction manager with experience specifically in construction of new/existing medical/laboratory facilities. Must be able to manage multiple projects in various stages.

Qualified candidates should have a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or AIA credentials are required.Classification:Direct PlacementCompensation:
