Our Client, Trammell Crow Residential, an acknowledged leader in the multi-family housing industry has retained us to assist them in staffing several key positions in their organization.We seek hands-on manager(s) who can interface at all levels, manage schedule, budget and quality to maintain Trammell Crow Residential’s reputation for the highest quality standards. Superior computer skills and a working knowledge of computerized construction management software systems is essential.

REQUIREMENTS
•Pre-Construction Services Manager – requires a BS degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management plus 10+ years experience in developing and constructing commercial and multi-family residential facilities. A strong background in conceptual estimating, budgeting, purchasing and value engineering of large scale projects.•Sr. Project Manager(s)/Project Manager(s) – requires a BS degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management plus 10 years or more experience in managing and driving the construction of substantial commercial and multi-family housing projects.
