Plant Production Manager

Plant Production Manager Job -> IMMEDIATE NEED with this global company for a Production Superintendent. The successful candidate must have a bachelors degree with experience in engineering and business principles. A masters degree would be a plus. In addition, 5-8 years of experience in managing a cement/lime plant or related industry is required. The following computer skills are necessary, Excel, Word, Project and SAP. Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to, function as a leader in providing a safe working environment, provide leadership and direction for the production supervisors, responsibility of budget and ensure optimization of all processes in the production department.
