Paint Superintendent

5-7 years experience as a superintendent in COMMERCIAL PAINTING required.

Proven supervisory experience with exceptional people skills.

Must be able to coordinate labor, materials, and equipment for multiple projects and provide leadership and direction to site leaders, individual painters, and helpers.

Must lead by example and work with other employees, have the ability to solve practical problems with employees and jobsite situations, as well as, attend job site meetings and interact with customers.

Organizational skills to maintain progress of multiple projects are required.

Responsible for monitoring profitability of jobs, must have the ability to write reports, business correspondence, and be abe to read plans.

Will report directly to Senior Project manager on daily basis.

OSHA certifications a plus. Valid drivers license required with good driving record.

Working hours are predicated upon job site demands.
