PROJECT MANAGER and SUPERINTENDENT

Wanted Project Manager and Superintendent for Growing GC/Architecture firm.Project Manager duties will include but not be limited to:Ensuring project is constructed in accordance with contract requirements, maintaining good relations with owner/architect & entire project team, providing overall contract administration throughout close-out of assigned project, demonstrate a high level of performance in project budgeting, contract negotiations and scheduling.Superintendent will supervise all subcontractors and cooperate with Owner’s Representatives while focusing special attention to the details of the project. Excellent Quality & Safety a must.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills and the ability to work in a rapidly changing work environment. Must have at least 5-10 years experience in high volume commercial projects. Successful candidates should have positive track record in projects completed.
