PRE-STRESSED CONCRETE SALES

Concrete Building Products, Inc. is looking for a Sales Representative to sell hollow core plank and wet cast according to pricing guidelines of our company.

Areas of responsibility include developing sales and marketing opportunities, office administration, reviewing plans and specifications to develop cost estimates.

Candidate must have the knowledge to recommend changes to products and services which would result in cost savings to us as well as any potential client.

Have the ability to prepare quotes for various construction projects by reading and interpreting technical papers and documents.

Other responsibilities may include working with plant personnel to ensure sufficient and quality product is produced to meet project needs.

Administrative duties may include time management of personnel to insure timely production for client and contract preparation.

Work with customers to resolve any problems.

Build new customer relations.

Be a customer advocate while maintaining company standards, goals and procedures

Be a team player and willing to multi-task to learn other aspects of the business.

REQUIREMENTS
Other requirements:

•Valid driver’s license, and meet company safety policy.
•Excellent communications skills.
•Visit job sites with irregular terrain. Occasional exposure
to adverse weather conditions, dirt, dust, noise.
•Computer literate with knowledge of CAD a benefit.
•Minimum 5 years in industry
•Minimum 2 years in sales
