Outside Sales Representative

United Subcontractors, Inc., a leader in the Construction Services industry is seeking an outside sales rep for its Delray Beach Branch. • Prospect new accounts as per approved sales strategy.
• Service and grow existing accounts in accordance with sales and marketing initiatives and directives.
• Actively practice exceptional customer service by focusing on relationship building.
• Establish and maintain networking contacts and channels.
• Identify, investigate and report on business enhancement opportunities.
• Prepare and submit all reports and related administrative documents, as required, in accordance with established procedures.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements include:
• Knowledge of the Construction/building industry (i.e. ability to read blueprints and do take-offs).
• Ability to research and cold call to build business
• 2+ years of experience in a competitive, independent, and high volume sales atmosphere.
• Customer service oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Time Management/ Organizational Skills/ Strong communication and presentation skills
• Hunter mentality with the ability to build strong rapport with customers
• Basic computer skills (i.e.: Word, Excel, Internet).
