Optical Fabricator

Will perform a variety of duties in the optical fabrication process and will work under general supervision.

Qualifications:
Three to six months of related experience and/or training. The essential duties and responsibilities include:
Performance of optical fabricating process.
Coring; sawing; curve generation.
Mill centering; beveling; blocking.
Grinding; polishing.
Comply with health and safety policies and procedures.
Support company values including ethical conduct and high integrity in all actions.
Layout and schedule of working for generation, blocking and grinding areas.
Maintain cleanliness of machines, tools, equipment and general work area.
Comply with the Clean Room Protocol when entering a clean room environment.
