THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE POSITION!

A very well recognized (over 30 years in business), progressive and profitable Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, Planning firm is in search of an experienced office land surveyor / survey mapper.

There is an immediate opening for an Office Surveyor (Survey Mapper/Technician) mainly for Land Development projects - commercial, residential and some industrial.

Qualified candidates should have at least 4+ years of in Office Surveying experience including SURVEY MAPPING. Individuals must be experienced with survey calculations, record of surveys, tract/parcel maps, boundaries, TOPOs, legal descriptions, subdivisions, and final mapping. Local experience is a plus but will also accept non-local candidates. Experience with AutoCAD or Land Development Desktop (LDD) is required.

This position offers future advancement opportunities and excellent benefits, 401k plan, as well as excellent salary compensation. There is a lucrative bonus structure also. No license is needed but a LSIT or PLS license would be a plus.

REQUIREMENTS


Requirements:
- 4+ yrs experience in Land Surveying / Mapping
- AutoCAD/LDD experience
- LSIT or PLS license is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Team orientation skills
