We are currently seeking an Occupancy Planner to join our Accounts Management Group located in Schaumburg, IL.

OCCUPANCY PLANNER - Schaumburg, IL

Responsibilities:
Manage the capacity and demand and provide strategic planning support for various corporate sites, primarily in Northern Illinois
Act as point of contact for campus/building-related planning questions
Report the current supply and capacity for a rolling three-year timeframe
Assemble regular updates and report the bottom-up seat projections for a rolling 3-year planning horizon
Track and report actual occupied seats versus projected
Develop building-specific stacking and blocking plans and secure group manager agreement
Develop migration plans and sequencing of group moves/relocations
Ensure planning is aligned with corporate guidelines
Facilitate communication between Facilities Business Liaison Manager, other Occupancy Planners and Project Management
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Design or related field
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a corporate environment
Previous experience in space/occupancy planning at a strategic level, interior office renovations, and using AutoCAD in a planning capacity
Excellent strategic and analytical skills
Ability to self-motivate, multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities to achieve portfolio goals and objectives
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Computer proficiency
